When a user takes an action, there may be an opportunity to suggest a handy next action.

In Yahoo Mail, when I send an email to someone who isn’t in my contact list, I’m presented with a quick entry form to enter that person as a contact.

When I add a DVD to my Netflix queue, I’m asked if I’d like to move that item to the top of my queue.

These are simple, thoughtful additions that can greatly enhance the user experience.
