Using System Logic to Help Users

In making a purchase through a non-profit organization, I came across this message (click to see full-sized image):

I think I'm a member

It’s an all-too-rare example of going the extra mile for users by leveraging system logic (vs. putting extra tasks on the user). In this case, I was indeed a member and was happy to see the discount reflected in my final order.
